About “CrossFit Himalaya” – Oldest CrossFit community in India (since 2010). CrossFit Himalaya is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located at Dhanmill Compound, 100 foot road Chattarpur, New Delhi in a 2,000 square foot warehouse gym along with 400 meter running space. We do 100% CrossFit training under guidance of certified and experienced coaches. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio, our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness, we also provide universal scaling option for all the movement incase you are unable to do something our team will help you out with alternate movement.
With CrossFit training you can achieve your desired result at fastest pace. You just have to show up everyday team CFH will take care of you, there is magic in community that will help you to finish your workout and motivate you.
