20 Back extn
30 Jumping jacks
20 Push ups

Team of two (one working, one resting)
200 Double unders or 400 single unders
100 burpees
100 Wall ball shots – 20/14lbs
100 box jumps – 24/20lbs
200 Double unders or 400 single unders
 
After bash
Work on your weakness and stretch
