Skills

Push press, ring dips

 

 

WOD – AMRAP in 20 minutes

15 Push press – 95/65lbs

10 Push ups with lateral jumps

5 Ring Dips

 

5 minutes rest

 

20 waited hollow rocks x 3 sets (hold dumbbell or small pate)
