10 Pass through, 10 Leg swings (both legs, front and back then lateral)
10 PVC Samson stretch
10 PVC OHS
 
Skills
Burpee pull ups or Burpee knees to elbows
 WOD – for time
10 Wall walks
G.I Joe
100 burpee pull ups
10 Wall walks
* If you cant do pull ups switch to burpee knees to elbows
*(Wall walk – every time, start from the ground and touch your chest on wall)
 
After bash
Stretch
Work on double unders
