Chest-to-bar pullups are an effective exercise for increasing your upper-body strength and endurance, also helps to get bar muscle up.
This exercise targets – lats, rhomboids, traps, teres, biceps and forearms muscle groups.
This movement is quick challenging when you face them during metcon.
Movement standard – chest should make contact with bar and at the bottom elbows fully extended.
