10 Push ups
15 Squats
Skills
Hand clean and jerk / WBS
WOD – for 20 minutes
Every Odd minute do 5 Power cleans – 95/55lbs ( 10 mins )
Every Even minute do 10 Wall ball shots – 20/14lbs ( 10 mins )
After bash
Foam roller and Full body stretch
