Warm up

5 Burpees
10 squats

KBS, Burpees, SDHP (KB), KB one arm thruster

For time
21-15-9 reps of
KBS – 32/24kg
3 Minute rest

42-30-18 reps of
Push ups – HR
SDHP – Kettlebell – 32/24kg
3 Minute rest

20 Kettlbell thruster – 32/24kg (10 each arm)

*Everything needs to be done for time, take 3 minutes rest and move on to next effort. Score your final time minutes 6 minute rest
